Condenser Cleaning
Your condenser unit is outdoors and is subjected to dirt, dust, leaves, and pollen buildup. This diminishes the effectiveness of the condenser, and will make your air conditioner run longer. A Crums technician will use a special high pressure washer to clean the condenser without damaging it.

Evaporator Steam Cleaning
Your evaporator stays cold and wet while your air conditioner is running, promoting the growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew. Crums' steam cleaning process kills infectious agents and leaves your evaporator looking brand new.

Blower Steam Cleaning
The blower is a large fan that sends cool air throughout your home. Just like a ceiling fan, your blower will collect large amounts of dust, reducing its ability to move air. This means higher electric bills as your unit will need to run longer. Crums technicians steam clean the blower to restore its effectiveness.

Freon Level Checking
Freon levels that are outside specifications will drastically reduce your air conditioner's ability to cool the air in your home. Crums uses state of the art digital meters to ensure Freon levels are at optimum levels.

Lubrication
Your air conditioner contains many moving parts, and where there are moving parts, there is friction and wear. Crums technicians will lubricate moving parts as necessary to minimize wear, increasing the lifespan of your air conditioning system.

Wiring Replacement
Weather and current will cause the wiring of your system to deteriorate over time. Eventually they will be unable to transmit current. Crums technicians will inspect your system's wiring and replace any wires or connections that are beginning to show their age.

Drain Line Flushing
A plugged or partially blocked drain line can cause drain water to stagnate, providing a growth medium for infectious bacteria such as L. pneumophila. Crums will clear your drain lines using high pressure nitrogen. Never blow into a drain line to clear it!

Drain Pan Disinfection
The drain pan almost always contains stagnant water, which is home to bacteria and fungi. Crums technicians use high pressure steam to clean and disinfect your drain pan.

Duct Sanitization
Your A/C duct system is a dark and humid environment - conditions that encourage mold, mildew, and bacteria growth.
